📦 Return Review

FELNORA™ provides a return review process for eligible home goods and soft textile products.

🧩 Product Condition

Items may be reviewed when they are unused, clean, undamaged, and kept with original packaging, included parts, labels, and product materials when applicable.

🛏️ Home Goods Notes

Bedding, curtains, covers, pillows, blankets, and other fabric items should be returned in a condition suitable for review. Used, washed, damaged, incomplete, or altered items may not qualify.

Customers should contact support before sending any item back. Requests are reviewed based on product type, condition, timing, and provided details.
